OVERVIEW:
The Harold’s Sales Associates’ primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of Harold’s ability to maintain the high customer service and presentation standards for which Harold’s is known. While demonstrating excellent customer service skills, it is the duty of the Sales Associate to work as a part of the sales team to meet individual department and store objectives. Sales Associates work closely with management to continually generate strategies and ideas in an effort to exceed personal and store goals. Performing a wide range of functions from maintaining a clientele book to merchandising the sales floor, you will be challenged daily.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful Harold’s Sales Associate is one that has strong customer service and communication skills, enthusiasm for success, the creativity to make it happen, self motivation and the ability to work with the needs of customer flow. A one year certificate from college or technical school, three to six months related retail experience, or an equivalent combination of both education and retail experience are a must. It is vital that Sales Associates have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form. Sales Associates must also possess the general knowledge required to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages. Most importantly, Harold’s sales associates must have the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

OVERVIEW:
Harold’s Stores are seeking Receivers for the locations listed above.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Back stock clothing by department and size, while efficiently utilizing space.
Utilize PDT equipment to help maintain shipping/receiving files and logs.
Process and send all mail-outs and charge-sends in a timely manner.
Compare identifying information and count items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices orders or other records.
Affix shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons, and insert items into cartons.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, and notify management of damaged items and shortages.
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies, and manage all equipment used for receiving responsibilities.
Maintain the receiving area in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
Perform work in accordance with all security procedures and work to meet or exceed personal productivity goals.
